1. Payment Terms: 50% Deposit, 50% Net 15 for Software. Training and Custom Services must be prepaid. All prices are subject to change and are quoted in US Funds and are exclusive of taxes, shipping and handling, which will be added to the invoice. Please note that all invoices with discrepancies must be addressed within 30 days of invoice.
2. Credit Card Orders: Orders paid with Credit Cards are taken up to $2,000.
3. Mastercam Agreement: Customer agrees to manufacturer's licensing agreement for software. Customer acknowledges that product will expire in 1 month (30 days) from date of purchase should purchase order not be paid in full. A daily warning message will appear 15 days prior to expiry of software. The customer is responsible of notifying Services Four Automation, LLC of any delays in payment before software expiry. Title of product does not pass to Customer until purchase order is paid in full.
4. Return Policy: Software return requests must be made to Services Four Automation, LLC within 15 calendar days of date of purchase. All returns (including Tutorials)are subject to approval from CNC Software Inc & Services Four Automation, LLC. A 25% restocking fee of product cost will be applicable in the event of a return.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 15 CALANDER DAYS.
5. Lost/Stolen Sims: In the event a customer loses a Sim or has a Sim stolen a Mastercam Lost/Stolen Sim Report must be filled out. Also note that all Lost/Stolen Sims are pending approval by CNC and the Mastercam distributor, CNC will replace the Mastercam
Security Mechanism for a cost determined by CNC. Customer will return the lost or reported stolen Security Mechanism to CNC if it is found or
re-acquired.· Customer will run the Mastercam Software only with the Security Mechanism that comes
with the software and agrees with the terms and conditions of the Mastercam Software
License Agreement. Customer is responsible for the full cost of the replacement system or Security Mechanism as
an additional seat if the lost or stolen SIM is found to be in use at their company or any
affiliated business of theirs. Should customer find or re-acquire the security mechanism the fee will not be reimbursed.
· If Stolen: Customer will send a police report detailing the stolen Mastercam items to CNC
Software, 671 Old Post Rd., Tolland, CT 06084.
· If Lost: Customer will provide on company letterhead a statement outlining how the
Mastercam Security Mechanism was lost and a solution to protect the replacement device
more securely in the future. A copy of the customers insurance claim is also required.
6. Past Due/NSF Accounts: Balances past 31 days due will incur a 5% fee to the total invoiced amount. Non-Sufficient-Funds (NSF) charge is $35 for each check.
7. Maintenance Program Policies: Maintenance can only be added to Mastercam products at current version. New releases, patches, service packs, and all enhancements released during the maintenance period are available to customers on Mastercam Maintenance only. Maintenance period runs for 12 months, ending one year from the end of the month in which CNC Software processed the order. Renewal orders received or paid for after expiration date will be charged the cost of maintenance plus a 10% penalty fee; the start date of maintenance renewal will be the same as expiration month of old program. The customer will also be given the option to pay the cost of maintenance plus a 50% penalty fee to have the expiration date reset to the end of current month when the order is placed, unless a new major release has taken place since the Maintenance Program expiry, in that case the Update cost to the new version only in addition to the Maintenance cost will be charged. Maintenance will be mandatory for products added at a later date to a SIM already on maintenance. Mastercam products such as Design LT & Post Processors are not eligible for Maintenance. Mastercam Maintenance is not transferable. X4 Suggested Requirements: Windows XP or Windows 7, Mastercam X4 will require 1024 x 768 resolution to display optimally (1280 X 1024 or better is recommended). A minimum of 1.5GB of memory is required.
8. Onsite Technical Services & Support: Onsite Service work is based on the departure time from our facility to the Customer’s site and back. Our per day service rate includes mileage to and from your facility. Service rate applies to each Specialist present or required for the service. For all onsite visits, our Technician will provide a Service Work Order sheet detailing tasks performed. This will require a sign off at the end of the on-site visit. Due to the high demand for our Technicians, response time & availability will be based on our Technician resources. Custom post processors, including Multi-axis posts processors, are not included as part of the software purchase; they will be encrypted and locked to the SIM(s). Installation & post update are not included as part of the Mastercam Maintenance Program and will be quoted separately upon request.
9. Phone & Email support:: Services Four Automation will make every effort to accommodate each client at the time of the call, however if there is a large call volume calls will be returned in the order they were received, with customers having bought the technical support being given first priority. Services Four Automation will try to respond to voice messages & emails within a reasonable amount of time.
10. Quotation: Any revisions made to a quotation supersede any quote sent prior, which will be considered void.
11. Post processor updates: for future versions of Mastercam will be provided at a chargeable service rate if necessary. It is our goal to provide post processor updates at no charge, however we are not able to predict the impact that future versions may have on the post update process.
12. Changes & Modifications: Services Four Automation reserves the right to change or modify these conditions & policies at any time without notice.
Training:
1. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, proper notification is required at least (1) week prior to the start of the class. A non refundable fee of $200US will be invoiced for any no-shows or classes cancelled without proper notification.
2. Payment: Due to the high demand of training, advance payment is required for enrollment and to secure a reservation to class. Payment must be received with the enrollment form. *All paid classes must be used within 6 months of order date.*
3. Training Schedule: Services Four Automation has the right to change the training schedule without notice and to rescheduled classes with notice to enrolled customers.
4. Training is not included as part of the Mastercam Maintenance Program and will be quoted when requested by the customer.
5. Customers are required to inform Services Four Automation of any pertinent medical issues when they come for training. Ex: EpiPen, Epilepsy etc.
